Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Modulus website and the early-access waitlist. They're short on purpose. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them.

1. What Modulus is right now

Modulus is a pre-launch study tool. This website describes what we're building and lets you join a waitlist. The product is still in development — features shown are illustrative and may change. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not create a paid account.

2. Using the site

Use the site lawfully and honestly. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or interfere with it, submit other people's details without their permission, or send spam through the form.

3. The information you give us

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Please don't include sensitive personal information in the free-text box. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Modulus name, branding, copy and design on this site belong to Modulus. You may view and share the page, but please don't copy or reuse the content as your own.

5. Independence from exam boards

Modulus is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), Cambridge Assessment International Education, the College Board, or any examination board. Programme names such as "IB", "A-level", and "IGCSE" are used only to describe the students and courses Modulus helps. Modulus does not reproduce official past papers, mark schemes, subject guides, or other protected exam-board materials.

6. No guarantees

The site is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any feature, timeline, feedback style or price mentioned will ship exactly as described. Nothing here is educational, legal or exam advice, and we don't guarantee any particular exam outcome, mark, grade or admission result.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Modulus and its team aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this informational site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top.
